Cancellation Policy

At Island Strong Defense, we value your time and ours. Because class sizes are limited and spots are reserved in advance, the following policy applies to all bookings: Cancellations by Student: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class may receive either: a full refund, or a credit toward a future class Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable. Rescheduling by Student: Students may reschedule their class one time at no charge if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before class may be subject to a rescheduling fee or may result in forfeiture of the booking, depending on the situation. No-Shows: Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not provide advance notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If We Need to Reschedule: If Island Strong Defense must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor availability, weather, range issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the choice of: a full refund, or transfer to a future class date Late Arrivals: Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in missed instruction or inability to participate, especially for safety or course compliance reasons. In these cases, refunds will not be issued. Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.
